我们都是故事里的“某某某” 文学日活动· Literacy Day

今天是国际部小朋友的“文学日” 孩子们装扮成故事中喜欢的角色到幼儿园和大家一起庆祝。

Today was the International divisions "Literacy day" ,the children dressed up like their favourite book characters to school to celebrate the day.


在此期间每个班的孩子们开展了自己班级的活动。 通过本次“文学日“我们希望小朋友们能够对阅读有更高的兴趣,同时锻炼孩子们的沟通技能,不仅能够聆听,也能够清晰并有逻辑地表达自己以及故事中的情节。

During this time , each class prepared their own literacy activity. We hope that the children can improve their reading interests and at the same time work on their communication skills ,be able to express themselves and the plot of the stories through all these activities.  


K1 class

K1班的小朋友们从家里带来了超级英雄、公主、动物以及其他各种独特的时装,有白雪公主、奥特曼,甚至还有一只大熊猫。

在梦想小镇,伴随着时尚的音乐,小朋友们穿着各自带来的服饰像真正的超模一样,走了一场时尚大秀。

The class of K1 brought different costumes from home, super hero’s, various princess outfits, animals & all other kinds of unique outfits. We had snow white, ultiman and even a panda bear, the class of then grouped up at Dream World where they created a fashion show, we had some awesome music playing and each student walked the fashion show’s catwalk showing off they awesome & unique costumes they have brought along with them to school.


时装秀之后,小朋友们在学校各个地方找到他们自己的“好朋友”,并给他们讲了自己扮演的角色的故事。

“白雪公主”给Sunny讲了她的故事,“小红帽”把她惊险的遭遇讲给了体育老师叶老师,“大熊猫宝宝”向保安叔叔介绍了大熊猫,而“奥特曼”把他神秘的英雄故事讲给了医生妈妈。

After the fashion show the class of K1 went on exploring around the school to find some friends to tell their stories to.

First up we had Snow White who told our beloved Sunny her story,  Little Red Hiding told her amazing story to our school PE teacher Max then onwards we moved to our K1 Panda who told our school maintenance worker his remarkable story & last but not least we had the incredible Ultiman unfold his untold story to our local  school nurse / doctor and that was the incredible adventures of the K1 class.







K2 class

上午我们和大家讲解了分享故事的要求,在分享故事之前我们应该介绍自己和故事的名字。之后我们请每一位小朋友进行了故事分享,小朋友们都上台和大家分享了自己的故事。在故事分享结束之后,我们为每个分享了故事的小朋友颁发了奖状。

In the morning, the students learned the requirements of sharing stories. Before sharing stories, the students introduced themselves and the name of the story that they chose to share.



下午我们做了看图说话的活动,我们先看了图片,介绍了什么是看图说话。然后我们一起根据图片上我们看到的内容,猜想了图片中发生的事情。最后我们把我们说出的事情结合起来,就形成了一个小故事。课后我们还给每一位小朋友发了一张看图说话的练习,小朋友们可以回家和爸爸妈妈一起来编故事。

In the afternoon the students participated in a story guessing activity. First they looked at pictures and discussed what they thought was happening in the images. From there they made up a short story based on what they saw in the pictures. After class each student was given a picture to take home to make up a story about and share with their family.



K3 class

故事人物角色扮演Dress-up:

小朋友们扮演了自己最喜欢的故事或动画片里的人物。和大家分享了自己的角色是什么,并把这个故事给大家了复述了一遍。

The children dressed up as the characters from their favourite stories or cartoons and shared the role of the character in the story by retelling the story to the rest of the class.




创编故事Create a story:

小朋友们得到了四个故事的图片,小朋友选择一个自己最喜欢的故事,并把四张图片按故事发展顺序排列,并创编故事,给故事和故事里的人物取名字。在阅读日这天和大家分享。

The children were given four pictures of four different stories, they then had to choose their favourite story and arranged the four pictures in sequence order according to how they think they story develops. They created stories using their imagination and thinking skills through giving the story a title and naming the characters. On Literacy Day the children shared their stories.
